It's not quit June yet...but we are so ready to switch to LOW gear...we got lots of stuff going on this coming week with the end of the school year. .I've decided that my theme for the summer: simple, relaxing,..border line LAZINESS..that has never existed in my vocabulary, as I've always got to be doing SOMETHING, and usually it's two things at once, multi-tasking IS my middle name...but the older I get, I'm finding that true happiness to me is being able to simply just enjoy our beautiful surroundings..and do things that I TRUELY enjoy doing, isn't that what life is all about??...I'd rather do a few things REALLY well than ALOT of things not so well..and then not even enjoy them in the first place...The good news is there are LOTS of things I really LOVE doing..so that leaves little time and room for the things I really don't want or care to do..
So this leads me to this:
Making funny faces at Boden and making him laugh so hard, that his snack comes back up on Mommy..THAT part, not so funny, but the laughing part..THAT is what I'm talking about..enjoying life, just hanging out with the boys, simple pleasure..nothing better...
Boden seems to like this idea of SIMPLE too....
It really makes him happy....and Mommy too.....
